Our 5-Day Return Policy

You can request a return within 5 days of receiving your item.
To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

It should include all tags and your proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

How to Start a Return

Once your return is approved, we’ll:

  • Send you a return shipping label
  • Share instructions on where and how to send your package

Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Wrong Items?

Please check your package when it arrives. If it’s damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately. We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund — whatever you prefer.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Open Pack
  • Beauty or personal care items

If you’re unsure about a product, please reach out before purchasing.

Want to Exchange?

The fastest way is to return the item first. Once we approve the return, you can place a new order for the product you want.

Refunds Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card company to post the amount
